Mosaic International Corporation, formally Northway Financial Services, was established in 1997.  The firm housed a diversified conglomerate of financial services covering Insurance, Tax, and Municipal Equipment Finance.  In 2005, the company spun off its Insurance and tax divisions and vested its resources towards the Municipal Equipment Finance Division MIC Municipal.

Although the credit bubble of 2008 was difficult for our industry as well as most others, the company persevered.  By direction from its new president, the company expanded its funding capabilities, leveraged it's syndication network, and increased its annual Municipal Lease Funding.  The company has seen growth in funding each of the past 4 years.  It doesn't appear to be slowing down any time soon.

MIC Municipal operates as a Municipal Equipment Funding Source and Syndicator.  The company also leverages its private and institutional Investors in order to make sure all lease requests can be funded with the most competitive terms and conditions.  MIC Municipal operates throughout the United States and will consider all essential equipment and real property projects.
